Includes views taken on showing changing water table and derelict red zoned properties, water on empty sections, graffiti on red zoned properties and road diversion past government purchased red zone homes on New Brighton Road. Shows cars driving though high tide over road on Owles Terrace, New Brighton, empty sites of demolished houses and damaged land and results of liquefaction in Seabreeze Close and Waireka Lane, Bexley, and Waygreen Avenue, Burwood, plus diggers and crew working on Avondale road bridge.
