Routes taken by the travellers - 1841 Diffenbach [i.e. Dieffenbach], 1841-2 Colenso and 1859-50 Governor Grey (Sir George) are marked. Stations, homesteads and an hotel are named. Includes a references key. Notes include historical, legendary and geological information. See records for other material collected by Henry Hill.
