Description: A Victorian Gothic style brick building, designed but not as built, seen from the front. A horse and carriage stand to the right of the building, with another in front. The building included a clock tower Possibly a second entry ("in the Scottish baronial style") by Sir George Troup in the 1900 competition for a design for the station, which he won with a free-style baroque design, subsequently built.
