Accompanying note from cartoonist states, 'Peter Dunne's speech to 30 faithful at Johnsonville was very much in character. However, the term "Green Taliban" lacks all character. Note the metaphor of a "typhoon" relates to the massive typhoon currently hitting the Philippines.' The United Future Party held its annual conference in Johnsonville, Wellington, in November 2013.
