Eveaing Post" Photo. L. J. Ellis, after winning the Harcourt Stakes at Trentham yesterday, unsaddling Royal Chief before weighing in. The placed horses, from the winner, are Sir Cameron, Te Kmviti, and The Ring, the order in which they finished. These were the only starters in the race. A mix-up in the Rona Hurdles at Trentham yesterday, wlien Lanvood (B. Cosford) fell at the second jump,. bringing down Recollection, ivhose rider (P. Mcßrearty) is seen falling towards the rail ahead of his horse. The third horse in the picture is Ruling Star, who managed to keep clear of the melee. The only region in which Allied troops, other than Norwegian, are now in Norway is Narvik, in the northern part of the peninsula. The past two days have brought reports of the withdrawal of the forces in the Trondheim area, first from Andalsnes, which is about 100 miles south-west of Trondheim, and later from Namsos, on the coast 100 miles north of the city.
