Be it known to all men that, according to medical opinion, a further outbreak of the influenza epidemic may occur in the next few months ... the public is hereby warned not to jeopardise their individual lives by acquiescing in the demands of the Prohibitionists to prevent the use of alcoholic stimulants, either in health or disease.
