Scott, Thomas 1947?- :It's stupid and very irresponsible to suggest L.A. type riots could happen here... For starters we'd need a brown underclass who dominate menial and low skilled jobs... Many of them would need to be unemployed or in prison... Their health, housing and education would need to lag behind the rest of us...
