An unusual side-car has been invented by a Nice motor engineer to facilitate the negotiation of bends at a fast speed. With the usual rigid side-car, there is always the danger of the outfit turning over. With the new "oscillant" side-car, however, the wheel bends at the same angle as that of the motor-cycle, thus increasing stability. (Evening Post, 26 March 1938)
