Description: Shows Levante's face at the top left, in the midst of fumes coming from a smoking brew at lower right, held in a bowl by a demon. The main text is in a diagonal band across the middle. Programme for Wellington Opera House season of this show is at: Eph-A-VARIETY-1941. Location in pencil on verso. The words "Direct from Kingsway Theatre, London, Theatre Royal, Sydney, King's Theatre Melbourne" have been added as a strip of paper stuck on. The Central Printing Company was in Burnley, a suburb of Melbourne. The poster was probably used in Australia as well.
