Photographic prints taken by unknown photographers circa 1900-1920s.

Comprises photographs of landscapes, whaling scenes, memorials, kiwi, and Māori people. The portraits of Māori people include two images of Patara Te Tuhi, and one of Rangipito of Ngāti Mutunga. The landscapes include images of the Upper Whakatane River; an aerial view of Lake Rotorua with thermal activity in the foreground; the Mahuia rapids just above Mahuia Gorge; Pohaturoa Rock; and Waikareiti.
