Some of the material was organised by E S Bibby and Claire Bibby at the time of writing the book 'Lunesdale, a bush farm community since 1871'. Many of the papers were delivered to the Library in envelopes labelled by subject, which sometimes included both family material and the results of E S Bibby's historical research. The series relating to World War One was created in 2013 when that specific material was described in more detail. The further grouping into series was done by the archivist at the time of re-processing in 2021, with reference to the donor's original listing headings.
