These initials could also concievably be read C S R B or C B S R ) O M R (initial of artist reads "A". Note on back of bookplate reads "Allan Lewis") Dr Samuel Radbill (name of the artist illegible. Pictured are cartoons of a baby boy and baby girl, and a staff entwined by a snake.) Dr Samuel H Radbill (also possibly Dr Samuel X Radbill. Name of the artist illegible. Pictured is a bearded doctor cutting the umbilical cord between a baby and it's mother. Pencilled in the top corner of the bookpage's mounting page are the initials "U R") Dr Samuel X Radbill (name of the artist illegible, possibly U K Florian.
