In the second scene, a naked man wearing a crown and representing the Global Financial System claims that "Despite recent turmoil, my robes are in fine shape". In the final scene, an advertising executive attempts to sell his vision for marketing Auckland to a cynical bureaucrat. Refers to events of that week, including the contamination of Sanlu milk products in China and attempts at recovery from the Global Financial Crisis.
