- A young boy, Eidan [or Ewan?] C Frazer [or Fraser] taken by Tadema of Auckland, in 1923. The subject is four years old. Also includes a clipping relating to the filming of 'Rewi's Last Stand'.

- Lieutenant Colonel D. C. Bates dressed in army uniform, taken by Alan Spicer of Wellington, 3 July 1919.

- "The Korotangi. Photo'd in Poneke 1903. J Cowan" with envelope. The annotations on the back also say "carved stone bird of Tainui'.

- Patara Te Tuhi dressed in a pake (Māori cape), and wearing a shark tooth earring, kuru pounamu (pounamu ear pendant) with ribbons, and feathers. His facial moko is clearly visible. The annotation on the back incorrectly spells his name as "Parata te Tuhi". The photograph is patented to the New Zealand Government Tourist Department.

- Captain M. T. Clayton. "A grand old English sailor who was Lloyd's surveyor at Auckland".

- A family portrait of an unknown family taken by Schmidt Studios in 1935.

- A group portrait of a large group of Māori in front of a wharepuni, with a tree beside it. Many of the people are wearing blankets and hats.

- A group portrait of Pākehā and Māori men and women in front of a wooden building, circa 1910s. Includes a Māori man dressed in a korowai with a homburg hat and huia feather.

- Two images of Parihaka. One is of people, thatched houses, fences, and trees in the background. The other is taken from a higher vantage point, and features mainly houses, with trees in the background. This image is attributed to W. A. Collis, dated 1881. Labelled "Parihaka. No. 51".

- Autographed portrait of Captain Joseph Corbett-Scott, circa 1870, wearing an army uniform. Annotations on the back say he was the captain of the "Pukekohe Rifles".

- A portrait of a painting of Tukukino. It is a cropped image from Lindauer's 1878 painting of Tukukino. Also an annotated envelope that this print was in.

- An envelope with annotations saying "Photos of Raureti, Pou-patete and Paterangi" which contained: A portrait of Raureti Te Huia as a young man, wearing a korowai, with tassles and a kiwi feather border, and holding a pounamu mere; a cropped portrait of Pou-patete Huihi wearing a korowai; a portrait of an unknown Māori man wearing a suit and a kahu huruhuru (feather cloak) with triangular patterns. The man is holding a rifle; an image of a tree with a house and outbuilding in the background; and an image of trees and landscape in the background [These last two images may be of Paterangi?].

- Annotated 'Waterworths Limited' envelope which contained the following: A receipt from the Royal Geographical Society dated 1925; a letter from Horatio Gordon Robley; a print possibly of Netana Whakaari dressed in a suit, a photograph of Gilbert Mair and unknown man (both in profile); a photograph of a drawing of a "'mutu kaka' or parrot-snare" [ngutu kākā?]; half an envelope with a drawing of a carving, which may be the detail of a Māori flute as there is also an annotation which says "latest 15" flute".

- Annotated envelopes, some of which contained prints and negatives.
