Description

A man representing the New Zealand Dairy Board is under a sheet with a can that reads, "Chernobyl Polish Milk Powder, For Sale". The sheet that is being pulled off him reads "nuclear free New Zealand". The cartoon refers to milk powder from the area in Russia where there was a nuclear disaster in 1986. The New Zealand Dairy Board are trying to sell it. Which makes them seem like money grabbers.
