Description

Muldoon has announced a new cash loan which he says must be provided from the savings of the people within N.Z. in order to maintain prosperity. Lodge sees this as a relay race (men running round passing dollars from savings to prosperity) in which a lot of us would compete, if we weren't suffering from the effects of altitude (a dazed wage earner sits on a mountain of higher living costs).
