Description

This cartoon relates to the oil crisis and features two stereotypical Arab men sitting in a tent. Outside can be seen an oil refinery labelled Mecca (Most Essential Commondity Controlled by Arab states). A stereotypical Japanese man dressed in Arab clothes is bowing to the two Arabs, and one of them is commenting to the other with the words that form the title of this cartoon.
