National Party President Michelle Boag spends the weekend putting Bill English's cabinet together, not his political cabinet but rather his coffin. Maurice Williamson, National Party MP makes Michelle Boag walk the plank of the National Party Pirate ship. Labour Party leader and Prime Minister, Helen Clark, gets ready to hang Winston Peters. As the country seeks improved work conditions, leave provisions and longer holidays, the Sri Lankan boat people show a keeness to come to New Zealand to work. Australian Prime Minister, John Howard, seeks to differentiate between asylum seekers and people and abos (aborigines) and people. Australian rugby players beat up the referee thinking someone called him a refugee. Helen Clarke (Eve) trys to tempt Peter Dunne (Adam) into eating an apple. Jim Andrton looks on from a tree as a serpent. Helen Clark paces the floor wondering which of the Parties, the Greens or United Future, are most infuriating. An Israeli soldier suggests a reporter could say that in the latest Israeli attack on Palestine that "Palestinian arms were uncovered", he holds a persons left arm in his hand. Helen Clark invites Peter Dunne into her office. He enters with a trojan horse with the sign 'moral right' around its neck. A photo of the main coalition family and includes Helen Clark, Michael Cullen, Jim Anderton and Peter Dunne. In drought and famine stricken Zimbabwe a man digs for oil seeing this as a way to get American President George W. Bush to have an interest in getting rid of the current leader, Robert Mugabe. Around Wellington a man is saying to another that the government has called for another cost-benefit analysis on the proposed Wellington Airport runway. On the south Wairarapa coast one man is saying to another that one night they (the South Islanders) cut the cable (electric power cable) and sailed away. Dotted across the middle of the island are unsuccessful oil drilling sites while in Taranaki a man is commenting that the Ministry of Energy announcement is expected on what to do with Maui gas. Driving up the island is a car worth $80,000. In the north a group of people are watching an airliner full of emigrants fly away, amidst comments about the high price of air fares, Vietnamese boat people and reduction of population in the north. Description: Cartoon shows a farmer, his wife and their dog and cat perched on their rooftop, while their hens perch on the ridgepole of the neighbouring chicken shed. On a hill at the far left, their cows stand on a hilltop which has escaped the water, while their sheep do the same on a hilltop at the far right. The tops of many wells can be seen partially submerged by water. The farmer was hoping to find oil and has sunk many wells, but found only water, but he does not accept blame for what has happened. Other Titles - A Manawatu farmer drilling for water, thinks he has struck oil. This should have farmers in other previously unprospected areas, well and truly interested. Description: Shows Muldoon holding a meat industry agreement, which has been signed by 'Jimmy' (Jimmy Carter). The next scene shows three men, two of whom are Japanese. The following scene shows one of the Japanese men holding another agreement about farm and fishing rights. The fourth scene shows Talboys addressing the Speaker in parliament. In the next scene a woman is looking in a shop window which has an advertisement for reduced food prices. The next scene shows a man in his car at a petrol station. Next scene shows two men (Employers and Union) hugging each other and in the last scene a man is jumping in glee in front of an oil well. Refers to International trade and relations with USA and Japan, tax cuts, food and petrol prices - relations betweem Employers and Unions and the oil industry.
