Shows the pastor walking past the Y.M.C.A. building in which he conducts religious services. A shining lamp hangs from the building. The pastor, who wears sandals and a straw hat with his cassock, is followed by a phalanx of soldiers wearing gasmasks and carrying rifles. A captain salutes the pastor. A nurse stands in the background. The faces of both the pastor and the captain appear to be caricatures of real people.
The cartoon appears to be poking fun at aspects of army life. The faces are clearly caricatures of real people but we do not know who they are.
