Description

Shows a busy street which is blocked by parked cars. There are two men in their car who have been blocked in and another man nearby who wants to get his truck out of the garage. There is a sign on the side of the road which warns motorists not to park on that side of the road. Refers to the Ministry of Transport giving Wellington motorists free parking.
