- Description
A Belgian civil decoration awarded to J J Kinsey, Hon Consul at Christchurch. Depicts a woman standing in front of a stone wall under construction with a lion seated by her side. Several masons are in the process of building the wall. The woman's hand is resting on a large stone engraved with the words `Constitution Belge', etc.
