Photographs of the South Pacific Islands of Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga taken by Alfred Burton during a cruise on the ship "Wairarapa" in 1884. Cover title is "Fiji scenery"; running title on all pages is "The camera in the Coral Islands". Images include those of Roman Catholic Mission Houses in Samoa and Tonga, and the home of the Reverend James Egan Moulton, Methodist missionary in Tonga, 1865-1906.
