Shows a group of men approaching a Middle Eastern man (OPEC). They all have large smiles on their faces and have brought him gifts such as a mug, a box tied with a ribbon and a sheep. The Middle Eastern man is standing next to a tap which has a drip of oil coming out. In the distance are a number of oil wells. Refers to oil supplies from the Middle East.
