The scene is a Mexican oilfield. Muldoon has arrived riding a donkey and wearing a sombrero. His guide is showing him the 'El Grande Mexico Oile Co. Office' but outside the office the workers are asleep huddled under their ponchos and sombreros.
Extended Title - Commenting on the P.M.'s overseas trip, a spokesman said that with Mexico developing large oil reserves and eager to trade, Mr. Muldoon will be particularly interested in Mexico's energy potential.
