Grants of right to use railway siding and to use right of way between James Gear and Benjamin Ling and John Chew and William John Raymond, and William James and Martha Ridler and Houstin Francis Logan; and earlier grant re the right of way between Henare te Puni and Rangi Whaaea with Ridler and Martha Ridler, Chew, Raymond and Logan (1880). Also grant of the right to use a patent for the improvement in packing tins, for Joseph Piper and James Gear.
