Description

Shows an illustration of the legs of two children running, and explains that foot problems begin in childhood. "Of the young girls now in New Zealand's Armed Forces, 62 in every hundred suffered from faults of the main arch of the foot, 47 from faults of the metatarsal arch (across the foot) and 57 had bunions. Foot defects made thousands of men useless to the Army".
