Description

In a series of five frames a couple sit at the breakfast table talking about the proposed cuts to night class funding that Minister of Education Anne Tolley proposes to make. After the man has finished a diatribe about how vital these classes are to older kiwis his wife wonders if he would mind paying to take them since he considers them so important; her husband backs down saying that he wouldn't go that far. Refers to Anne Tolley's proposal that funding for night classes be cut which means that schools that decide to continue to run the classes would have to ask people to pay much more. At the same time more funding is proposed for integrated schools which is fueling outrage.
