Description

Side view of the head and upper body of the white-crested babler. Similar in appearance to the Himalayan white-crested laughing thrush (Garrulax leucolophus). Shows a bird with white crested plumage on the head, and white neck, breast and underparts. The back and wings are reddish brown. A line of black feathers extends from behind and under the eye to the grey beak. The eye is brown.
