Plate three is a street map of the area from Dickson Street, now known as Dixon Street, to Grant Road, Orchard Terrace and the railway station. Named streams include Te Aro, Waikoukou, Kumutoto, Tutaenui, Waipiro, Pipitea, Tiakiwai, Whakahikuwai, Pakuao, Te Waipaekaka. Streets are named and the approximate shoreline at the time of mapmaking is shown and an area of reclaimed land. Capes are named Claypoint, Kumutoto and Pipitea. Some topographic features are described. A car shed is marked. Pencilled additons include numbered sections and the site of a Roman Catholic cemetery.

Plate four is a street map of the area from Adelaide Road, Tasman, Hankey, Te Aro streets to Manners and Hawker streets. An un-named stream is marked running from the vicinity of Nairn Street via Cuba Street to Te Aro. The Te Aro Pa site at the mouth of this stream is marked. Streets are named and the proposed canal and basin along Kent and Cambridge Terraces are marked, as is the shoreline and an area of reclaimed land. A boat harbour is marked and an addition to the map is of the Taranki Street public wharf which is numbered 212. A pencilled addition is of what appears to be a stream running through Kiwi Dell, Central Park.
