Description: Photographs of rehearsals and performance of Shakepeare's play `Henry V' produced by Dame Ngaio Marsh for the opening celebrations of the new Christchurch Town Hall in October 1972. Photographs probably taken by Chris Mangin who was involved in the production. There are no captions in the album, but cast and crew members were identified from a programme of the production. Images include Dame Ngaio Marsh, the composer and conductor Simon Tipping, and assistant producer helen Holmes. Accompanying information - on 5 May 2015, Simone Kennedy and her mother Colleen Kennedy went through this album for Ngaio Marsh's production of 'Midsummer Nights Dream'.
