1970s Eric Heath cartoons featuring Muldoon as a bull in a china shop; Michael Fowler's new mayoral car; salvage charges for the boat "Celtic"; Michael Fowler on a magic carpet; butcher's boy refers customer to his boss for payment; Robert Muldoon and NZ's "economic Dunkirk"; deportation to the UK for stealing a leg of lamb; Matiu Rata's kindness to young people; Norman Kirk slams into a tree of Labour Policy in his Caucus car; Rob Muldoon on the "extreme left wing" of the National Party biplane.

1930-40s Minhinnick cartoons show the genie of Michael Savage appearing to the holder of a lamp; Forbes and Coates peering jealously at the golden egg claimed by Nash and Savage as a 270,000 pound surplus; Forbes and Coates shooting down bills, but with the guns of the Labour opposition upon them; McLagan and the coalminers sing lullaby; Insects topical and sub-topical, including the House Fly (John A Lee); The Labour Bird (Michael Savage, etc; the NZ Labour Party National Executive berates John A Lee for his attack on Michael Savage.

Neville Colvin cartoon from the early 1950s, shows Sid Holland reciting "Who Killed the Council" (after the pattern of "Who killed Cock Robin?").

1970s Nevile Lodge cartoons include: Announcement that School Certificate will be phased out by 1977; man living on canned dogfood rather than ordinary meat; Sir Basil Arthur cites the Official Secrets Act; Tom Skinner threatens his boys with a National win at the next election if they're not good - with his hands he makes the shadow of a monster Muldoon on the wall; Muldoon's difficulties in producing the 1976 budget; Michael Fowler winds up the windows of his new car so that he can't hear the protesters about rates increases; Hugh Templeton protects Broadcasting staff who are in danger of job loss or no holiday pay.

Gibbard cartoon shows the tailor Muldoon fobbing off a customer with a very small suit. (late 1970s?)
