Description: Dr Chris Pugsley describes to Dave Small, Curator of the Cartographic Section, the significance of the annotations on a map used at Gallipoli by Major General Godley, Commander of a combined New Zealand and Australian Division during the Gallipoli Campaign, World War I. The type of annotations indicate that it was a working command map. The discussion took place in the Cartographic Section of Alexander Turnbull Library where the map is held.
