Then, after returning to Sydney, she went to Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island, the northern outliers of Tonga, Wallis and Futuna, Rotuma, the Ellice Islands, some of the outliers of the Solomons, New Hebrides, New Caledonia, Torres Strait and Papua.
