Description: Chiefly photographs of Ireland and New Zealand (particularly Auckland). Appears to have been compiled by an Irish officer with the Imperial forces during the 1860s. Among the New Zealand views are photographs taken by John Kinder and Lieutenant-Colonel J H Rocke, 18th Royal Irish Regiment Photographs of people are not identified in the album, but have been identified by comparison with other photographs, and include Judge William Martin and his wife, and Governor Gore Browne and his family.
