Description: A four-storied shop-front with large windows at street level and sets of six arched windows at first, second and third floor level. The roof has a pediment in the centre, with a balustrade and six finials running along the rest of the roof on both sides. Compare a very similar drawing by William Turnbull's father Thomas at Plans-80-0578, dated 1897 for the Lambton Quay frontage; however drawings for additions were also made in 1906 and this may have been done to match the earlier style.
