Description: A tourist sight-seeing boat approaches a pod of whales, or possibly dolphins, diving and in doing so, twisting their flukes to make an insulting gesture. The boat's commentator says 'Proving that dolphins & whales communicate, here they are giving their opinion to the offshore oil industry!' A spate of exploratory oil prospecting around New Zealand's coast led to fears that there could be envionmental damage, with whales and dolphins being especially affected.
