Description: Depicts Prime Minister Sid Holland and another man (possibly Minister of Finance Jack Watts) in an attic; Holland holds a torch as the second man tries to fix a cistern. The cistern is labelled 'Bank Overdrafts' while the float ball says '5%'; water, labelled 'inflation', is spraying out. Holland is protecting himself from the water with an umbrella. Refers to a New Zealand Herald, run on the same day, calling for an ‘Economic Review’ by the government.
