Description: Ceramic cloisonne vase with black background, and all-round design featuring pink blossoms, and orange bird in flight, and a mauve rock formation at the base. The lip is gilded, as is a thin line at the base. There is a Jingfa paper label stuck to the bottom of the vase. The vase is packed with its ornate low wooden stand, in a custom-made patterned fabric blue box with a hinged lid, secured in a closed position by two bone toggles. Quantity: 1 curio(s). Description: Wooden writing box with folding leather writing surface, narrow compartment for pens and other objects, and larger compartment concealed by the writing surfaces. Box has mother-of-pearl and brass inlays, and contains an inkwell, cigarette tin, tiny wooden box decorated with M'Pherson tartan pattern, 3 ivory letter-openers (one engraved M.E.B.), 14 ivory dominoes, [ivory?] letters H, A and B, one handled roller? with triangular amber wheel engraved with heart and hart, two additional small handles?, a cut glass teardrop, and silver-coloured decorative leaf. Description: Poster announcing the release of the Mint Chick's album through Flying Nun shows four partially complete figures arranged in pairs wearing red jackets. There is an almost complete face at top right. Two of the figures are representing as buttocks or breasts only, and more complete figures are supported on them. The parts are loosely connected with red tubes passing through torsos and the head. The background is a black and white drawn pattern of roughly stacked steps and cubes. Two copies held. Description: Shows a bearded pipe-smoking man sitting on a wooden case in a house. It has rafters and posts supporting a central ridge pole, and there are baskets hanging off a central beam between two posts. A barrel at the right serves as a surface for bottles and containers. A tin bath(?) hangs on the far wall next to a bunk and wood storage. Printed as an Alexander Turnbull Library print in 1980.
