Description: Illustrated sales catalogue of items on sale: radiograms, the Ultimate car radio, portable radios, record players (tablegrams), mantle radios. Also illustrates the "first N.Z. built pop-up toaster", the Ultimate Electric rangette, "Minigrill", fan heaters, and radiant heaters, convector "log fires", irons, electric jugs, and a Thermovent space heater. Despite the title, no television sets are shown. The catalogue presumably dates from about 1960, the date of arrival of television in New Zealand. Quantity: 1 colour photo-mechanical print(s). Refers to the making public by the government of ministerial spending on their tax-funded credit cards that has caused embarrassment for several MPs, particularly Shane Jones and Chris Carter of the Labour Party. Shane Jones has hired porn movies and Chris Carter spent money on flowers, massages and restaurants.
