Also included in correspondence are several postcards, one photograph, and one letter written in German. Other documents include: - a printout of a 2015 article by Matt Stewart titled '81 Springbok protests galvanises a nation divided' - journal entries by Stead dated 14-21 September 1981, writing about the Springbok tour protests - a booklet of poems by Patrick Lane titled 'There are still the mountains' - pages from a 1981 newsletter from the League of Canadian Poets - photocopy of an article titled 'Critic who declines to hedge his bets' by A K Grant, which reviewed Stead's book 'In the Glass Case: Essays on New Zealand Literature'. As well as those mentioned in the title, other attractions were: Gypsy Queen, Cosmorama, Magnetic Lady, Stereorama, Automatic fortune teller, Ladies' shooting gallery, Galvanic batteries, Lifting machine, Lung tester, Punch & Judy, Darwin's missing link.
