Original caption reads: "Plans have been completed and tenders have been called for [a block of flats] which will be of reinforced concrete. It will be situated on the Boulcott Street corner, shown on right, opposite Plimmer's Steps, and will be three storeys high, containing 24 flats. There will be 12 two-bedroom, six single-bedroom, and six bed-sitting-room flats, all self-contained. The building, designed by Mr J Malcolm Bennie, A.I.A.A, will be H-shaped and space for gardens and parking has been allowed.
