Description: Panoramic view overlooking the Wainuioru Valley in the Wairarapa. Taken from a road which winds down on the right. Land mostly semi-cleared for farming with grass amongst tree stumps. Patches of bush in river valley in centre. Areas of river flats above the river level. Small fenced are with sheep pens in the lower left foreground. Creeks and a spring are marked, also areas of native bush. Names of adjoining property holders include W. B. Chennells, J. Strang, Nathan, Perry.
