Description: Plans show existing and new ground floor, new loft, north and south elevations and six sections, details, joinery, and sections of laundry tub. Drawings show freehand plans of ground floor and first floor, and views of a corner of the living room and the interior of the loft. House was originally designed for Harry H Tombs by Chapman Taylor, and completed in 1910.
