Description: Cadastral map of the area between Oriental Parade and McFarlane Street, Wellington. Four numbered lots include acreages and boundary mesurements. Lot 1 includes the site of a shed and garage. The site of a residence is marked on Lot 2 and a note refers to the building alignment from McFarland Street. A garage from an adjoining section is noted as 7" over the boundary of Lot 4. Private ways have boundary measurements and their respective acreages are added to the totals of relevant lots. Accompanied by a copy of a typewritten sheet detailing valuations of each lot and City Council rules about drainage, rights of way and frontages onto the street. Notes refer to G.G.G.
