Each sections includes owner's names or initials, also names of lessees. Names include F.A. Martin, J.D.C., Amelia Nathan Trust, J.J. Kirkins, Baker - Wellington. Dated from plan held by Land Information New Zealand - Deed 95, Wellington Land District - 'Plan of subdivision of Mangaakuta' Note in top right corner states: J.J. The centre of Nursery Road is marked as the boundary between the borough and county of Masterton. Adjacent blocks are Pokohiwi Block, bordered by the Ruamahanga River, in Masterton County which is part of Block V - Otahoua Survey District, also Kohutu Block in the Borough of Masterton. Includes measurements, some sections are marked as sold with amounts in pounds sterling, and some marked as reserved. One owner's name is recorded as Donald McKenzie.
