Description: Split image with two scenes in Hamilton taken by Robert Percy Moore in 1924. A: On the left a two-storeyed building with the offices of T. Mandeno Jackson upstairs, and the Commercial Bank of Australia downstairs. The next building is a single-storeyed wooden building, Almadale Private Hotel behind a hedge. Two men and a small girl are standing in the gateway to the hotel. On the right is the Livingstone Chambers two-storeyed building, which includes the Strand Picture Theatre, Hunter's Crown Clothing and the Goodrich Service Station. B: On the right the three-storeyed Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company Ltd (established in 1907 and built in 1918) with shops and businesses on the ground floor, including J.N.
