Description: Colour photographs relating to the service held at the close of St John's Lutheran Church, Halcombe, Manawatu, on 2 June 2013. Most of the images show scenes inside the church and hall during the service. They include readings by Pastor Mark Whitfield and others, singing, communion and presentations. Other images show the Pastor and congregation outside the church immediately after the service. Publication note - Many of the photographs were used in `Walk of faith' (Halcombe: St John's Lutheran Church, 2013) edited by Anne Somerville Source of title - Title supplied by Library Wife of the photographer and the grand-daughter of the minister of St John's between 1921-1951, Pastor Hamuera Te Punga.
