Description: Shows three vignettes in which two New Zealand chefs are trying to cook lamb which is acceptable to Chinese tastes. In the top right scene two Chinese men are clutching at their stomachs and mouths while one chef says to the other that it's difficult to tell what the Chinese think of the recipe as they are so inscrutable. In the lower left scene a Chinese man is holding his hand over his mouth after telling the chefs that the lamb 'tastes terrible, but not as terrible as ordinary lamb". In the lower right scene a Chinese man is looking happy after trying lamb with 'camouflage sauce', but the chef realises that he has put oven cleaner on the lamb instead of the sauce.
