Primary school. Formerly the building of the Wellington Grammar School at Clifton Terrace. Admitted 6th grade boys in 1895. The building burnt down in 1901. It was rebuilt as a school by William Turnbull in 1902 and subsequently demolished when the motorway altered the topography of this area of the Terrace.
