Cargo vessel of 2103 grt, specialising in the carriage of fruit, frozen meat and dairy produce. Built in 1958 by Taikoo Dockyard and Engineering for the Union Steam Ship Company, the third ship of this name operated by USSCo. Employed in the Pacific Island and Trans-Tasman fruit trade. In 1973 she was laid up and in 1974 sold to the Maldives Shipping Ltd and renamed Maldive Quest.
